First thing that impressed me was when I got on the 9 Line lot the owner came right out to greet me and my Mom and I had been to a ton of dealers he's the only one that did that. From the moment I walked into Nine Line Auto, I felt completely comfortable. I was greeted by their adorable shop dog, Dixie, which immediately set a friendly tone. The owner and his fiancée run the place themselves, and even though they’ve only been open for a few months, you can tell they genuinely care about what they do.

He was incredibly down-to-earth and honest — no pressure, no sketchy sales tactics, nothing like that. He even offered to video chat my dad so I could talk over the car with him, and said I was welcome to bring in a mechanic if I wanted. Total open-book energy.
